How do I create a account?

Create a new account by clicking 'login' in the top right, then click the 'create a new account' button below new customers. Alternatively click the 'create an account' link in the top right.

How do I update my account?

Please contact sales@firstsafetysigns.co.uk and let us know what you would like changed.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

After clicking 'login', below the form, there is a 'Forgot your password?' hyperlink. Follow the instructions to change your password.

Do I need to make an account to checkout?

You can checkout on our site as a guest, however, we offer a 5% off all orders for registered users. If you checkout as a guest without registering this will not be applied.

I can't find the item I am looking for?

We produce custom signs. If you are unable to find what you require, please contact us to discuss your requirements.


Ordering

How can I track my order?

Each product’s individual lead time is stated in the product description. The full order lead time shall therefore be as to the longest individual product lead time. If you require to track your order, please contact us on 01279 467 999

Do you have any current offers/discounts??

We currently are offering free delivery on all orders of £100 or over. We are also offering 5% discount on all orders which are ordered when you are logged into your online account.

How can I return a product/cancel an order?

If you require to return any product please get in contact with us on 01279 467 999 within 28 days to arrange a return and to discuss a replacement. If you require to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be able to let you know at what stage your order is.

How long are your lead times?

Each product’s individual lead time is stated in the product description. The full order lead time shall therefore be as to the longest individual product lead time.

What are your delivery costs?

A standard delivery charge of £5.00 per order applies to all UK Mainland Deliveries. UK Mainland orders which are £100.00 and over qualify for free delivery, this offer is automatically applied at checkout. If you are requiring delivery outside of the UK Mainland, please get in contact with us on +44 (0) 1279 467 999 to receive a shipping cost.

Do you offer next day delivery?

If you require any of our products urgently, please contact us on 01249 467 999 to discuss your requirements. We shall then be able to let you know our fastest lead time possible.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

If you are requiring delivery outside of the UK Mainland, please get in contact with us on +44 (0) 1279 467 999 to receive a shipping cost.

Is your checkout secure?

Yes. We use an encrypted checkout and it is PCI compliant, meaning your checkout details are fully secure and safe.

Can I pay through Paypal?

Yes. Select the PayPal option at the checkout and login to shop using PayPal.

How do I request a copy of a VAT invoice?

Do you print custom signs?

Yes. The majority of our orders are custom signs. Call us on 01279 467 999 or email sales@firstsafetysigns.co.uk to begin working on your custom order.

Do you have a design service?

Yes. We have years of expertise designing effective safety signs with custom branding, wording & images. The charge for design would be included in the quote depending on your requirements. 

How long do custom signs take to arrive?

A lead time would be provided on your quote for custom orders.

How do I send my artwork to you?
